THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ARMOUR REQUEST FOR QUOTE Demolition and Disposal Cement Pad, Loading Dock and Timbers TRI Communal Landfill & Recycling Centre 141 Chetwynd Road, Burk’s Falls, Ontario Qualified contractors to provide all necessary equipment, labour and services for the demolition, removal, disposal and site restoration for the following: 1. 50-foot x 90-foot cement pad 2. Timber footings & loading dock 3. Disposal of demolition materials on property 4. Grading and finishing of terrain upon completion. Work to be completed by 5 p.m. Friday, September 25 th , 2026. Submission Requirements: Quotations must be presented using the municipal bid form included in this document, in a sealed envelope and will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday September 3 rd , 2026. All bid submissions will be opened on Friday September 4 th , 2026 at 9:15 a.m. in the Township of Armour’s Council Chambers of the at 56 Ontario Street, Burk’s Falls, Ontario. The successful bidder shall provide proof of Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance, with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 and proof of Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) coverage within ten (10) calendar days of being notified of submission of successful bid. Lowest or any price may not necessarily be accepted. Please note that faxed or emailed bids are not acceptable.
