RFP: Annual Monitoring & Reporting Program at the TRI Communal Landfill
The Township of Armour is seeking proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to carry out the Annual Monitoring & Reporting Program for the TRI Communal Landfill, starting with the 2026 reporting year.

- Environmental sampling (groundwater, surface water, leachate)
- Analytical testing and reporting
- Capacity recommendations
- Submission of a professionally sealed Annual Report

The purpose of Addendum #1 is to clarify the contract duration to be provided under this RFP.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- Would an annual survey be included in the scope of work, or are annual survey’s completed by the Township?
- Response: Currently, the annual survey is completed using a drone to record and report on volumetric measures. The Township completes this as a separate cost to monitoring. Future capacity planning will require a certified land survey in 2028. EJ Williams Surveying completed a field work, drawing and report on capacity for 2020.
