RFP: Annual Monitoring & Reporting Program at the TRI Communal Landfill

The Township of Armour is seeking proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to carry out the Annual Monitoring & Reporting Program for the TRI Communal Landfill, starting with the 2026 reporting year.

🔍 Scope includes:

• Environmental sampling (groundwater, surface water, leachate)
• Analytical testing and reporting
• Capacity recommendations
• Submission of a professionally sealed Annual Report

Friday, November 21, 2025 at 3:00 PM (local time)
📬 Due to postal service disruptions, submissions must be delivered in person or by courier.
