PUBLIC NOTICE OF COUNCIL’S INTENT

TO APPROVE A FEES AND CHARGES BY-LAW

During the course of the regular meeting on

Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., Council

will consider approval of a Fees and Charges By-law.

Final Reading of the By-law is scheduled for

the regular meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

Individuals wishing to address Council on this matter shall

submit their request to the Clerk at 56 Ontario Street or by

email at clerk@armourtownship.ca no later than

4:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
