MINUTES

June 1, 2009

The special meeting of the Council of the Township of Armour was held on Monday, June 1, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. Those in attendance were Reeve, Bob MacPhail; Councillors, Jerry Brandt, Marty Corcoran, and Rod Blakelock, councillor Hayes was absent ; Staff, Karen Fraser, Landfill Administrator, and Dan Maxwell, Landfill Manager.

DECLARATION OF PECUNIARY INTEREST: 

None

BY-LAWS:

-         # 27-2009, being a by-law to enter into a lease agreement between the Township of Armour and the Royal Bank of Canada, was read a first, second, and third time.

RESOLUTIONS:

-         Moved by Jerry Brandt, Seconded by Marty Corcoran, That leave be given to introduce a bill #27-2009, being a by-law to enter into a lease agreement between the Township of Armour and the Royal Bank of Canada. Carried.

-         Moved by Jerry Brandt, Seconded by Marty Corcoran, That By-law #27-2009 be read a second time. Carried.

-         Moved by Jerry Brandt, Seconded by Marty Corcoran, That By-law #27-2009 be read a third time, signed and the seal of the Corporation affixed thereto and finally passed in open council this 1^st day of June, 2009. Carried.

-         Moved by Marty Corcoran, Seconded by Rod Blakelock That we do now adjourn this special meeting at 6:10 p.m. until the next regular meeting of Council scheduled for June 9, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. or at the call of the Reeve. Carried.
