PUBLIC MEETING

CONCERNING A PROPOSED ZONING BY- LAW AMENDMENT

A complete application has been received by the Township of Armour from Gary Robert Graham, Gina Laura Graham, Jo-Ann Skinner, Robert Skinner, Allen Blake Skinner and Janice Skinner for a Zoning By-law Amendment for lands described as part of Lot 37 in RCP Plan 315, being Part 2 of Plan 42R-15467 known locally as 60 Ontario Street in the Township of Armour District of Parry Sound (please see location map).

The purpose of the By-law is to allow a maximum of two accessory storage containers on the lot. TAKE NOTICE That the Council of the Township of Armour will hold a public meeting on September 26, 2017 at 6:15 p.m. in the Armour Township Council Chambers to consider a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment under Section 34 of the Planning Act to amend By-law No. 27-95 as amended, the Armour Township Zoning By-law.

ANY PERSON

may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal presentation either in support of, or in opposition to the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment.

IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY

does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Corporation of the Township of Armour before the By-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Armour to the Ontario Municipal Board.

IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY

does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Armour before the By-law is passed, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the Board, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
