The Municipal Office offers services to its residents and visitors.  The Municipal Office is home to the Building Department, Clerk's Department, Landfill Department, and the Treasury Department.  

The Fire Department, Arena, Library, Roads Department, and the Economic Development Office are located at offices spread throughout the municipal boundaries and the Village of Burk’s Falls.

The Clerk Administrator is appointed by Council and is responsible for the management of all of the municipality's business functions. The Clerk Administrator works within the by-laws and policies/procedures approved by Council to make certain that all services and programs operate smoothly and meet the expectations of Council and the community.
